Terms of Service
Applies to the StackDays app and website.
Using StackDays
StackDays is a personal habit-tracking app. You're responsible for the accuracy of the habits and entries you log. Streaks, milestones, and badges are computed from what you tell the app, including any wearable data you choose to sync.
Accounts
You need an account (email/password or a supported social sign-in) to use StackDays. Keep your credentials secure - you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Edit Profile.
Groups, friends & challenges
Friend challenges are visible to the members you invite or who join with your code. Don't use these features to harass or share content unrelated to habit tracking.
Community rules & objectionable content
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour in StackDays. By posting in a challenge chat you agree not to send content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or that targets anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any similar characteristic.
StackDays filters messages containing slurs and similar terms at the point of sending. You can report any message by holding it in the chat, which sends it to us for review and hides that person's messages from you, and you can block a member outright the same way. Reports are reviewed and we remove offending content and eject abusive users, typically within 24 hours.
To reach us about abuse, use Settings → Contact support in the app, or email cristidumi96@gmail.com.
Subscriptions
StackDays Pro is an optional paid subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks unlimited habits, unlimited groups/challenges, full Stats, wearable sync, and extra monthly "powers." Guest Pass previews are free for the stated number of days, after which billing starts unless you cancel. Manage or cancel your subscription through your platform's app store (Google Play / App Store).
No medical advice
StackDays is a motivation and tracking tool, not a medical device or health advisory service. Wearable-synced metrics (steps, distance) are for habit-tracking purposes only.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use StackDays after an update means you accept the revised terms.
